I was delighted to see that you are in the business of piano recycling and refurbishing. Do you know of any similar businesses or individuals who might be in the S.F. Bay Area? I actually live in Santa Rosa, one hour north of San Francisco. We have a turn-of-the-century piano (two, really, one of which I play) which actually has beautiful wood under the aged finish. I would so much like it to be used by someone, either as a whole or in parts for other items.

    Thank you,
    Genevieve

I have an old piano in the second floor apartment of my home. It was here when I bought th house 23 years ago. Looks like early 1900′s in good condition. The thing is it would have to be taken apart to get down the stairs. The front stairway is too curved (house built in 1880) , and the stairway in th back which goes down to the garage is not sturdy enough. Are you connected to Michael Frassinelli? I got this site from an article about him in our weekend paper.
